Hi Maggie and others in community who've voted, we appreciate hearing the changes that'd help you when sending eInvoices with Xero.
Just to note, as each point you've raised would be considered separately by our product teams it's best to have an idea for each of these that we can get a feel of the community support through - see more on the qualities of a good idea in our Xero Central article 🙂
I've updated your idea here to represent the first point for embedding the QR code on the PDF of the invoice. You'll see I've created ideas for the other points you've noted below.
- Malaysia E-Invoicing - Two columns to show when validated versus viewed
- Malaysia E-Invoicing - Button for 'Send to MyInvoic'

Hi team, we appreciate your feedback here. Very soon we'll be releasing a dashboard for e-invoicing in Malaysia that'll help with your needs here.
It'll highlight the e-invoicing status for each transactions, and show where data is missing, helping to generate, validate and submit consolidated e-invoices. I'll be back to confirm once this is live to you all. Thanks

Agree the e-invoice process within Xero is too complicated for individual e-invoices. Xero is not properly integrating with the LHDN system. The email step needs to go.
Show stopper. Need to look for alternative accounting software.
