Such a shame that a Net to Gross calculation is not possible in Xero. I have a couple of payrolls where this is required, and the trial and error method is pretty clunky and time consuming. Any chance of this becoming an Earnings set up option in the near future - frustratingly looks like years worth of requests have been disregarded.
