    This is now open for votes and comments. If you’ve faced this while managing your contacts, we’d love to hear about your workflow. How would seeing a contact’s group and last-used or last-transaction date help you spot inactive contacts or decide which ones to archive? Any examples or additional thoughts are welcome. Your votes and comments help us gauge community interest and better understand what would make the biggest difference for customers.
