We are a charity so Invoices are pretty useless to us. We have customised invoices to cover most of our receipting requirements, but now with the updates that have been put in the emails go with meaningless zero balance and due dates at the top which I have been unable to remove.
Being able to have custom receipts would reduce workload by being able to upload transactions directly into the bank reconciliation process. Currently we need to create in invoice, then receipt it, then send the paid invoice to the donor.
