I have an ERP that is outside of Xero that produces A/P checks and other manual checks that I'd like to import into Xero. Currently that is not an option. I also have hundreds of payroll checks that I'd like to import as well. The current workaround is to import these as bills and then clear them out of A/P when they clear the bank. The downside to that is that it artificially inflates A/P and overstates the book balance of the bank account that the checks were written out of. In order to move them from A/P outside of the bank feed or bank rec process, it would require additional manual work to individually mark those as paid. This should be an easy product addition to Xero but maybe the use case isn't too common.
