I've only just discovered this is happening too. I naturally assumed the employee only saw the rate attached to them. There would be privacy issues around this surely. To have multiple generic options of eg "ordinary time" leads to all sorts of issues - employees could select the incorrect one, would have to manually keep double-checking the correct rate has come through if an error slipped through to a processed pay it would be a nightmare to fix Surely there is a way by permission to only see the rate applicable to them - I agree @Xero please fix urgently -- I'm from NZ so needs to reflect here too :-)
