I run payroll for a hospitality group which has 4 separate companies with staff often working between. Currently I have to copy details from one Xero to another do run payroll. It would be good id Employee details could be copied between businesses that you have Xero access for. or if staff details could be saved in a "Group" location with active members working locations added like in Deputy.
