Hi community, we recognise our customers find the option of whether to include a PDF when sending invoices today useful and thank you for you feedback on why you'd also like to see this reflected in Quotes. Our team are considering this for a future opportunity in Quotes and I want to assure you they are well aware of the idea for this here. However, we want to be upfront that we don't have any direct work planned for this right now. We will be sure to share any updates or progress when it comes, with you all here.

This feature will let me know exactly who has opened or viewed the quote. At the moment the information is not correct, because if the customer views the quote via the pdf, it does not show in Xero as viewed. This would be a great improvement !!!!
I want to send quotations that include JUST the "online quote link" without the attachment in "pdf" extension. Please show me the settings required to do this.

Sending quotes via text would be a very good feature to introduce, just as Xero is now beta testing texting invoices. Please include quotes via text as well..
