    Thanks team, we really appreciate you describing your needs in allowing staff to raise and manage purchase orders without opening up supplier bills and broader financial information.

    Right now, we’re developing a dedicated Purchase Orders Only role, that'll give you more granular controls for purchase orders - You'll be able to give your users access while keeping access to your bills separate.

    Your feedback here has ben valued in helping us evolve our permissions in the product.

    Yes, more granularity is required. The main problem we have with the current IO role is that it allows the user to see a lot of info that we would rather keep hidden. Ideally, we would have a permission that was restricted to "raise draft purchases" and then have that user only able to see the draft purchases that they themselves have raised.
