When submitting expenses or expense claims, the wording "Optional" beside the description field suggests to the expenses submitted that they can ignore this field where in fact this is one of the most important field for recording and accounting purposes.

People tend to ignore the description field when submitting expenses because it is currently labeled as "optional" even though this is very important for recording purposes. Is it possible to take off the "optional" wording beside the description field??
