    Thanks for your idea here, Sue. Understand how different details would be helpful for different users on the go through the Xero Accounting app.

    This isn't something we have plans for right now, but we'll continue to track the interest from your idea here.

    Thanks for sharing this feedback. We agree that email notifications for upcoming VAT return deadlines would be useful, and we do plan to address this in the future. However, we’re unable to provide a timeframe for when this will be available at this stage.

    In the meantime, the VAT homepage widget shows your next return due date, along with a countdown showing the number of days remaining until the deadline.

    If you’re a Partner, you can also use Tax manager to view a list of your clients’ upcoming VAT obligations in one place, including their due dates.

    My Accountant made me switch from Kashflow to Xero. Kashflow reminded me when my VAT return was due which was so useful when I was busy with other things. The money Xero are charging and the software doesnt even have this basic function.

    Come on Xero, get your act together :(
