    Hi Craig, we really appreciate you taking the time to share such an honest and detailed perspective on our pricing plans. We hear your frustration and understand your concerns about ensuring our plans provide the right value and features for small businesses, especially in light of the upcoming price changes.

    Your feedback is an important part of how we learn and grow. We've reviewed your suggestion to make Analytics an optional feature on the Ignite and Grow plans, and it's now open for the wider community to see and support.

    Along with votes, others can now comment to share how this kind of flexibility in our plans would impact their business. Hearing these different perspectives helps us get a much clearer picture of what our customers truly need from Xero.

    Agree with all these comments, as a Sole Trader some months I have more than 5 bills but it is so not worth jumping to the next plan to accommodate. Don't need payroll or analytics but pay for them anyway.
    Not sure anyone from Xero is listening but adding my 2c worth.
