    Good to hear you're aware of how you can run the Account Transactions report to view this information, Catherine - Is there a reason or something missing from this report that would help you when reviewing transactions?

    Sorry to jump on this, the piece of missing information from the account transactions is the narrative from the original statement line.

    Often the statement line description includes the details of the payment that will dictate how this should be reconciled, for example, 'John Smith, Invoice no. 3' but this could be incorrectly reconciled against an invoice for 'Bruce Smith' which is for the same amount.

    The only way to find this type of error at the moment is to click into each transaction that has been reconciled to make sure the contact matches the description. If we find an error and want to check all of the reconciled transactions for a period, this can take hours.
