I'd suggest that pretty much everyone in business deals with credit notes, yet Xero doesn't! What's needed is a button alongside the "Print PDF" and "Bill options" called "This is a Credit Note". Please do NOT make it buried under the "Bill options" that just makes for unnecessary clicks.
And, while were at it... the "approve" button could have its drop down removed and all three sub-options be bought up to the front to save unnecessary clicks
And...what about statements? Why does Xero have no ability to handle statements? The "This is a credit note" button could have a "This is a statement" button beside it.
(I'd suggest the "Print PDF" button could be moved to the "Bill options" drop down menu. Notsure how often others use that feature, but I only rarely do.

Appreciate hearing your feedback on this here, Tania. I can assure you our teams did a lot of testing with all aspects of the homepage prior to it's rollout however we totally understand there are different views of what information would be most valuable, where. This is exactly the type of thing we're keen to hear and understand the appetite of through product ideas.

Just to confirm for everyone coming across this idea - While slightly changed in terms of placement it's possible to view Drafts for Invoices and Bills in their related Invoices owed to you, or Bills to pay widgets.

This is now found beneath the graph where you can click the 'x' drafts text to go straight to the list of draft invoices (or bills) - see image

We don't have any immediate plans for changing the placement of the Drafts link within the Invoices owed to…

Yes to having drafts at the top of the widget! And while you're at it a drag & drop to directly drop new invoices (Upload invoices) into the system.
AND having dropped an invoice in, an "Add another invoice" option would be appreciated.

Hi team, pleased to share that this is a feature that will be coming with the new Xero Homepage! Once released it will be an option available from the bill drop down within the Bills to pay widget 😊. I'll round back to share as it becomes available in orgs.

If you'd like to get more understanding of the new homepage and navigation visit our website and try out the prototype!

I'm with everyone else...This feature needs to be on the top task bar, better still make it a drag-and-drop (a bill) directly to the task bar.
