    Hi everyone, thank you for sharing your thoughts and voting on this idea. While we recognise that an import tool for leave requests would be helpful, building a traditional import feature is unlikely to be something we develop in the near future.

    However, as we continue to expand and develop AI capabilities across Xero, exploring ways to streamline and automate data entry, like leave requests, is something we may look into down the line.

    We appreciate your patience and input here as we work to make Xero smarter and more efficient. We’ll be sure to update this thread if plans progress in this space!

    We have all staff on the same annual leave for a set company closure period over Christmas and New Years, so being able to choose all staff to have annual leave at once without needing to manually add it to all 30+ staff one-by-one would be super handy. We also have set RDO's each month for all staff that would benefit from the same improvement.
