Whereas publishing a document in Hubdoc leaves a clear 'Published' notice at the top and a clear audit trail at the bottom, archiving a document lacks both these features. The archived document moves from Review or Failed into Archive, but when retrieved, it doesn't give the user a clear picture of what happened to it. It looks at first, that it is in Archive by mistake and needs dealing with. We put a lot of Bills into Archive because in Xero we convert PO's into Bills instead, attaching a download of the Bill from Hubdoc. This leaves many documents 'hanging' in Archive without the confidence that they are supposed to be there
