   Thanks for your idea, Ian. We'll start to get a sense of the interest from community in searching and sorting by the Spent by field from your post here.

   It would be great if we can have a SORT by date of payment feature in Expense claims window, while checking all claims. This will enable the users to check for any duplicate bills submitted twice before approving for payments.
