    This is an issue for my salary employees who are paid monthly. I enter a salary figure in their template for 40 hours/week however the payslips vary. That variation occurs not only in hours worked for the month but the earnings. I would like to see a flat rate paid each month over 12 months because the current situation causes a lot of angst for the employees.
    Is the solution near resolution? It's been a while.
