    Hi everyone, I'm pleased to share that we're moving forward with the ability to schedule the send of an invoice from Xero.

    We're in the early phase of releasing our new invoicing scheduler to customers, and appreciating the direct interest you've all shown here we've included everyone that's voted on this idea in our initial rollout!

    You'll see a tool tip on the invoice page for email scheduling, and be able to choose the right date/time when you go to email an invoice (from the send email dropdown). 😊

    We're really keen to hear your feedback.

    We appreciate there are asks within this idea for being able to schedule the send of other document type such as payslips and want to be upfront that this isn't in the roadmap at present.     Workaround: future date / post an invoice and schedule it to be sent at the date and time you want.

    System generated bank changes (e.g. via 3rd party platforms like Dext, Envoice) get pushed through into Xero without oversight, and without a manual review of the contact history, this won't be picked up.

    Is this idea ever going to get into the product roadmap (given it was raised in 2015 and it's now 2025)?
