    Absolutely agree this is critical for larger businesses where sales people use the system to produce quotes. They must be aleryed that a quote will go over credit limit at the point of the quote otherwsie when something is sold and invoice is raised, its way too late. Closing the stable door after the horse has bolted!

    Currently credit limit is only available to stop an invoice going. My beef is that a credit limit alert needs to be advised in the software at point of quotation. I have clients who are quoting, delivering the work to the customer and then finding they are having to overide the credit limit/untick the "block invoices" box as there's no choice but to do so to get paid. Quotes and invoices are dealt with by two differentt depts and therefore sales need to be alerted when their quotation is over the set credit limit before the damage is done and they deliver the work!
