    Hey team, me again. Apologies, getting a little ahead of ourselves with the status of this idea.

    I can confirm that self onboarding of new employees is live for Xero Payroll in AU, however this feature does not extend to NZ organisations right now.

    This will be something we continue to consider as we keep developing Payroll for NZ and I'll share any further updates with you all here. Thanks

    Adding this feature to Employee Self Onboarding;

    - Ability to upload into Xero signed Employment Contracts as attachments to the employee card file.

    Adding this feature to Employee Self onboarding;
    - Superannuation Choices for employees preference i.e. preferred super or default or stapled.

    Superannuation standard choice form: Provide the standard choice form (NAT 13080) or an equivalent document that contains all the same information.

    Information on default fund: Include details of the employer's nominated default super fund in the form or equivalent document.

    Details of a stapled super fund: If a new employee does not choose a fund, employers are required to check if the employee has a stapled super fund by contacting the ATO (ability to check this within Xero) and, if so, pay super into it.

    I can see from past post this has been asked to Xero since 2022 by Ryan Tindall. How much longer do we need to wait for Xero to catch up with MYOB in this area?
