Hi community, I wanted to revisit this idea and be transparent that currently we don’t have plans to add a default branding theme selection to contact records for purchases.
As an alternative, you can use an advanced branding theme to differentiate between document types. This allows you to download and customise the docx templates for each document type.
Once the customised DOCX files are uploaded and saved, the relevant formatting will be applied whenever you use that branding theme.

Appreciate your feedback here, TJ. Our product team are paying close attention to feedback we're receiving on this new invoice template experience.
While we don't have direct plans for changing he ABN format at present, we'll keep an eye on the support for this, and share if there are any updates.

Thanks for raising this suggestion. Having multiple logos available on standard invoice templates could make it easier for businesses to display their branding and accreditation badges.
Currently, to include multiple logos, you can combine them into one image or use an Advanced DOCX Invoice Template to customise their placement.
Regarding the ability to add additional business information, this is already available through the Additional business details field in the invoice template, which can be used for business or licence details.

Thanks for sharing this idea. We understand the request to customise the Company Registered Number / CRN label on standard invoice templates.
Having control over the wording could make invoices clearer for customers and give businesses more flexibility over how registration details are presented.

Hi team, you'll have seen that we have introduced a new Invoice template editor that will soon replace the Standard branding in organisations.
While fonts are limited at present, and we don't have intentions of developing the ability to support every font imaginable our product team are very interested to know if there are specific font's your business would typically use and like to see added.
Please do share in this thread and I'll keep you updated if further options are added to the new Invoice template editor.

Hi community, thanks for supporting this idea and sharing how setting templates for customer invoice reminders would be useful for your business.
Right now, we're developing a new agent with JAX that will help with getting paid and building personalised plans for selected contacts to chase payments through the best medium at the right time.
To begin, messages will be personalised by JAX however giving users control over the messaging is something our teams will continue to consider as this feature develops.
I'll share if there are any updates on this here.

Thanks for taking the time to suggest this. We understand the request to have invoice line totals displayed inclusive of GST when the invoice has been entered using tax-inclusive pricing.
This could make the invoice clearer for customers and better reflect the way the invoice was prepared.
