Hi there,
I can see how having pinned notes visible on the main information page would be a huge help, especially for spotting critical warnings like credit holds without having to click through different tabs.
Currently, pinned notes are only visible when you are specifically viewing the Notes tab of a contact. As a workaround, many users add "!!!" or "HOLD" to the beginning of the Contact Name field so it is visible on every screen and summary page throughout Xero.

This will allow other members to vote on the request and help our product teams gauge the demand for this UI change.

The ability to add an important or critial note in the main contact section would be hugely valuable. It could be for situations such as 'do not contact' - 'do not invoice until' - 'extended membership until'.
If this idea was implemented it would save so much time with it showing on the contact landing page rather that searching for the info and it would also serve as a highlighted reminder of something important
