Hi everyone, thanks for sharing this suggestion! We understand that including Business Activity Statements (BAS) in Tax Manager would make it much easier to track all your clients’ obligations in one place.
At the moment, activity statements are managed separately in Xero Tax, so you’ll need to navigate to that section to track and update them. We can see how bringing everything into a single view would make your workflow more efficient.
We’ve moved this idea to Gaining Support so we can track interest and share with our product teams.

Hi everyone, it’s helpful to hear that the Activity Statements widget could do more to support quick oversight. Being able to filter by Partner or Manager and click through to those filtered views sounds like it would make it much easier to stay on top of workloads and keep deadlines visible across the practice.
For now, a good option is to run the full Activity Statement report and use the filters there to drill into specific staff portfolios.
I’ve moved this idea to Gaining Support so we can keep track of interest and help our product teams see the value of adding more interactivity and staff-level filtering here.

Hi everyone, we really appreciate your feedback and the growing support this idea has received. Our product teams have been taking on board all that our customers have shared back on the new Homepage and are currently working on improvements to the sizing of some of the widgets including the Invoices owed to you and Bills to pay widgets - The intention is to provide a smaller widget size in which drafts will be shown beside the chart instead of below, helping the visibility and ease of use as you're after here.
I'll be sure to round back and update you when this is delivered 🙂

Hi Cam, appreciate you bringing this idea forward.
It sounds like keeping track of tax refunds and payments is an important part of managing your practice, and needing to jump into the Tax module to run the EFT report can interrupt your flow. Having this information available on the Partner Hub homepage would make it easier to stay on top of client cash positions and spot anything outstanding.
Right now, the only way to view this is by navigating to the Settings and running the EFT Reconciliation report.
I’ve moved this to Gaining Support so we can track interest and help our product teams assess how bringing this into the homepage could better support day-to-day visibility.
