    Disappointing that this is still an issue over a year later and no notification given when processing the payroll.

    Clearer instructions in the help around this issue would have saved me substantial wasted time on this issue.

    It wouldn't be hard to code something that alters you that X staff members Sick leave anniversary date is in this pay run and that it won't be updated unless you include them in this run.

    Albeit not a fix but a bandage while you come up with a fix to ensure this doesn't happen in future.
