    My client received the reminder email at 5 am.
    I don't send anything outside usual office working hours, and the current default reminder setting, sent between 4 am and 8 am, just doesn't reflect how I work and respect people's time outside regular work hours. Also, it's helpful to be able to send more than 5 reminders.
