    Heya team, we're now actively testing how reports could be grouped and accessed, and we'd love your input in this, so we can design a better report grouping structure that supports role-based access in reporting.

    Hi Xero Support,

    We are trying to limit report access for a Standard user.

    Our Operations staff only require access to:

    Sales reports
    Purchase reports
    Inventory reports

    However, under the Reporting permissions, we can only select Sales and Purchases. There is no option to enable Inventory reports independently.

    We do not want to grant access to all reports because our Operations team does not need to view financial reports such as the Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, or other accounting reports. They only require inventory-related reports for their daily operations.

    Could you please advise:

    Is there currently any way to allow a Standard user to access Inventory reports only?
    If not, could this be considered as a future enhancement? We believe many businesses would benefit from being able to grant Inventory report access without exposing financial reports.
    If we enable Sales Reports, will the user also be able to access Aged Receivables (A/R Aging) or any other financial reports?
