    @ Vicki Carlisle - agreed, yet XPM defaults it to the tax agent phone number and the ONLY work around is to manually hard key the clients phone number into the field. Then if a client or ITR client leaves without notice, you're stuck with your phone number in their ATO contact details until or if someone takes the time to update it. Xero please improve this.

    Hi Jackie, thanks for bringing this idea forward.

    We understand you’re looking for an option to schedule tax return emails for signing, so client communications can be sent at a time that works best for your practice and clients.

    Having more control over when signature requests are delivered could help practices manage busy tax periods more efficiently.
