    The lack of AVC support within Xero's payroll when submitting a pension file is mind-blowing! AVCs are a standard feature of many employees' pension arrangements, so it's surprising this isn't already covered. I'd urge the product team to prioritise this, it would make a real difference to payroll accuracy and efficiency.
