Hi everyone, we appreciate your support in being able to pass on exact fees to customers.
While this is something our team have taken an initial look at, there is quite a bit involved in being able to develop this into the product and this isn't something we've been able to prioritise at this time.
We understand the needs expressed in feedback here and want you to know this is a feature we'll continue to consider in future planning and will keep a close eye on the appetite in this idea.
If there are any updates planned we'll make to share with you here. Thanks

Automatic calculation and inclusion of online payment fees
In order to pass on online payment processing fees to customers, rather than a user set fixed percentage, there should a feature to simply automatically add the charge to the customer's invoice, calculated on payment, so that they pay the charge directly.
The single fixed percentage for transactions of all kinds (different cards, international vs national, etc) is such a blunt instrument for fees that vary wildly that it often causes more problems than it solves.
At the very least you should be able to set different percentages for national vs international. But automatically passing the fee directly to the customer at payment is by far the tidiest and most ideal solution.
