    I have a client whose payroll has automatically generated an EPS for CIS submission, even though he is not registered for CIS and does not use sub-contractors. Despite raising this issue with Xero, the fix suggested by them does not work, so within RTI filings we now have a scheduled EPS submission for something that does not relate to the client. This needs to be removed so there can be no danger of a client who doesn't understand these things submitting things to HMRC unnecessarily and potentially creating an issue with them.
