Thanks for the idea, Pilar. It'll be good to get sense of the appetite for this here.
While this isn't something we have planned at present, perhaps you could make use of an advanced branding template and specifying the need for a signature via the Quotes terms and conditions?

This is such a crucially important part of trade businesses - how is this not done yet? Freshbooks has a great electronic signature system for the estimates they do, but even just being able to put a signature line on the quote would be better than nothing as we print out quotes for our clients quite often. I am going to have to get a different system just so I can have signed quotes. Xero please fix this!
