    I agree with previous comment. Why can't such a basic but long winded, manual and repetitive task be automated? It's a nightmare for us who calculate weekly payroll for lots of drivers who are always working different hours every week. We have to re-calculate each driver's average pay every week so that we can apply the correct rate even if they have the afternoon as holiday. I get the impression that a lot of people don't realise that they have to do this and so it's not been voted for but like the previous comment says. It's a legal requirement and many people I suspect are falling foul of the law because it's not calculated automatically in Xero. Great to have all the flashy graphs and wot not but what about basic HMRC requirements??

    We so many employees that work different hours each week. Calculating holiday for each of them has become a major chore! Consequences of getting it wrong are becoming more and more punitive, too.
