Hi Deb, we'd like to get some more information around this idea so we have a clear picture of what you asking for and what you currently experience. There are reports available that you can run for one account (purchases) without running a sales invoice report.
Once we have this information we can review this idea fully. Thanksagain.

Thanks for your feedback on this change, Patricia. Out of interest is there a particular reason or workflow for why you prefer to enter your bills manually rather than via an upload?
Appreciate, will take a little getting used to a different flow. A couple of other options for navigating to the new bill screen could also be;
- Using the keyboard shortcuts (Alt+Shift+N) from the bills screen
- Using the '+' icon in the navigation header to quickly Create a new Bill from any screen
- Using '/' and typing 'b' in the global search where you'll get the option of New bill from any screen
While we'll get a sense of interest in this through your idea, we want to be open that there aren't any plans for changing this back.

To add to this would be when approving a bill that it automatically takes you into a new bill again to begin loading as generally most people would be loading a series of invoices.
Far too many clicks to get to where you want to go to and too many tabs within layouts both sales and purchases
Hi. Currently under the Sales tab there is a Products and Services which shows either the cost prices or sale price.
The cost prices are not always reflective of a sales code and are aligned to direct costs or expenses (purchases - bill) and not revenue.
It would be valuable to be able to have the ability to run these independently
for reports/import and exporting etc. and maybe to be able to have a direct cost/expense price under the Purchases tab.
Hope this makes sense.
