    We understand that needing to upgrade your plan just to add a few more employees can feel limiting—especially for growing businesses. Being able to add employees on a per-user basis could offer a more cost-effective and flexible solution.

    This is a a common feature available with other providers and even with Xero itself in other countries. Why isn't this a feature that is available in Australia? The cost jump is prohibitive, particularly for those that fluctuate between two tiers by one employee joining/leaving. Silly that we must beg for such a common feature. We want the ability to upgrade/pay a rate to add a specific number of staff rather than be lumped into expensive tiers which means we are overpaying for the service provided. Please look into this.
