    If Xero is going to support a leave request function via their XeroMe app then it is critical that it be updated to work as intended.

    That a platform as large as Xero is unable to recognise and process part-time hours in a landscape where part-time and flexible working arrangements are the norm is inconceivable to me.

    This is a critical update which requires immediate attention.
