That's a few points you've listed, Nicholas. Sorry it's taken a while to respond to you here, and do appreciate the feedback.
It's best for each point you've raised to be recorded as separate ideas so the community know what they're voting for, we can get a clear sense of interest in what customers are wanting to see, and we can keep you updated if a particular idea progresses.
We have a few ideas that have been started and appear to relate to things you'd like to see too, I've adjusted the title of your idea here to represent your point on adding the project title to the Quote reference but for the others I'd recommend starting new ideas for each of these so we can start to track the interest from the community.

Appreciate your suggestion here, Julie. We understand the request for a Project Info section where teams could keep details such as contract terms, site contacts, project dates and other key information alongside the project.
I’ve moved this to Gaining Support so we can continue gathering feedback. Let us know which project details you currently have to keep elsewhere and would most like to have available in Xero Projects.

Hi Polina, thanks for highlighting this idea. We can see how having Xero Projects data available within standard reports could make it easier to analyse financial performance without needing to switch between different reports.
While Projects data isn't currently available as a reporting filter in standard financial reports, using Tracking Categories alongside your projects can help if you need project-based reporting within reports like the Profit & Loss.
I've updated the status of this idea to Gaining Support so we can continue tracking interest from the community. If there are particular reports or project metrics you'd like to see supported, let us know so we can capture those use cases too.

Hi Shelby, thanks for sharing this idea. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. At present users are utilising tracking categories to track different locations of a project. However we appreciate the need for a seperate field for address. We're moving this idea to gain more support from the community. It would be extremely useful to be able to edit and customise the Project Reports like we are able to for financial reports. This way we can make them look and feel the way we want to and have only the information we need specifically for what we do and not the generic ones that if you need to have extra information you need to run another report, merge these manually, remove columns and add manual formulas, this can lead to human error so would be nice to have the edit and custom options for this too.
