    Thanks everyone for your feedback here on customising SMS messages for invoices. We understand how a more personal message could provide customers with greater confidence and context when receiving an invoice.

    Our product team has explored options for more customised messaging, including the practical constraints around character limits and preventing messages from being treated as spam.

    After that review, we want to be transparent that editable SMS templates aren’t part of our plans at this stage.

    Hi team, we appreciate there is some interest in this idea, however at this time we don't have any plans for enabling bulk send of receipts.

    For now, we'll continue to track the support in this idea. I'll share if there are any updates.

    It would be amazing to set up automatic receipts - imagine it would function similar to the invoice reminders on a templated doc.

    Yes, there should be an option to turn on automatically send a receipt, would function basically the same as the invoices reminders on a preset template.
