    Hi team, thank you for sharing how this feature could improve your use of Quotes in Xero.

    While it takes a little work in setup, you could currently use an advanced branding theme and make changes to the docx template to remove fields you don't want shown to the customer.

    Being open this isn't something we have direct plans for developing right now, however we'll continue to track the appetite her and share if there are any updates.

    We are an electronic security contractor and use Products & Services extensively to build quotes from cameras, recorders, access control equipment, labour and other components. We need those individual items and their pricing retained inside Xero for accurate quoting and subsequent invoicing, but our customers are quoted a lump-sum project price.
    We simply need an option on a quote such as “Hide line item prices”, while retaining Item, Description and Quantity, with only Subtotal/GST/Total displayed to the customer.
    At present I have to prepare customer quotes separately in Word and convert them to PDF, which defeats much of the purpose of having Products & Services and Quotes in Xero.
    This isn't an unusual quoting method for trades and project-based businesses. It should be a simple presentation option on the customer-facing quote.
