    Thanks for sharing your idea and highlighting how important flexible payroll options are for your business.

    We understand that needing to upgrade your plan just to add a few more employees can feel limiting—especially for growing businesses. Being able to add employees on a per-user basis could offer a more cost-effective and flexible solution.

    This is by far the most frustrating issue I have with Xero. My small business is only using the "Grow" package features. With up to 5 employees at a time I reluctantly had to switch to the "comprehensive" package. Fair enough I thought. Maybe I will use some of the features that come with this package. Now I have the occasional 6th or 7th employee for some odd weeks and cannot add any additional employees for a "per month add-on fee" like I used to in the UK and also which is possible on the higher end packages. I have to upgrade again, costing my small business around $400 per year just to have the ability to have 1 or 2 extra staff over the busy months. Beyond frustrating!!!! I just can't understand why this is possible in the UK but not in Australia...
