Hi team, we appreciate the feedback here. Right now, we're in the process of rolling out a new manual journals experience to users, and I'm pleased to share that this also includes the ability to copy a row, which will add a duplicate row beneath the one being copied. Along with this you'll have the ability to Paste lines detail that's been copied elsewhere 🙂

Currently, this experience has been rolled out across AU, NZ and US and will be coming to all other regions soon. I'll round back to confirm once it's out to all.

Thanks for sharing this idea. We understand the request to allow draft manual journals to be saved with $0.00 or blank amounts.

Being able to save the account codes and journal structure without entering placeholder figures could make it easier to reuse the journal as template.

I’ve updated the status to Gaining Support so we can continue tracking community interest. If this would improve your workflow, add your vote and let us know how you currently manage recurring journal templates.

This is causing a huge amount of lost time, frustration and productivity. Being able to import journals and choose whether they are inclusive, exclusive or exempt is critical.
