    We understand that needing to upgrade your plan just to add a few more employees can feel limiting—especially for growing businesses. Being able to add employees on a per-user basis could offer a more cost-effective and flexible solution.

    This per person option was offered at one stage in pricing when I subscribed to comprehensive and I have tried to pay my 6th employee and Xero hasn't allowed it, it is asking me to upgrade to Ultimate just for an extra employee which was not what I signed up for. What happened? Did anyone else become aware of the per person fee advertised?
