    It's been a while since we've provided you with an update about this idea, so wanted to touch base

    We've reviewed your comments and can see the that this idea has been steadily gaining support.

    Whilst this idea isn't currently on our product team's roadmap, we're monitoring the activity and will continue to keep you updated along the way.

    This feature is absolutely crucial to us. Our staff cannot use the timesheets "Start & End Hours" as they are on night shift, and Xero can't handle the start time to be at a different date than the end time. Therefore, they have to use "Total hours worked", which means they cannot leave notes. They have to leave notes for multiple reasons. Now we are having to go to a third party just for timesheets, which seems like a lot of work for something so simple.
