  2. Currently the report's filters only available to filter thing that " contain " in the respective categories. Can you please also include the option "do not contain" - so that we could produce report to omit things that we would not wish to include. Thank you

  3. Reporting - it would be helpful if it was possible to draw supplier bills that have been assigned to a customer with the relevant customer invoice to compare raw figures of income against cost of sales. At the moment this is not possible. My CEO regularly asks for the info between COS and invoice amount. I am currently trawling through 50 invoices over a 2 month period for one supplier.

  5. When I go into Customers and drill down, I like to be able to see the layout that invoices and bills are shown separately and I can select which one I want to view. This will no longer be the case with the new report formats. Is there any conversation that this could be requested? Thank you

  6. I've just set up a salary sacrifice for a cycle to work scheme in payroll. However there isn't an end date in Xero so I have to manually diarise a date to stop the salary sacrifice for the employees. Please could a box be added to automate this.

  8. When notes run over two pages - fix formatting so that if a note runs over two pages, it automatically creates a page break so that it appears together.

    I understand there are already page breaks, but it is diffcult to know as each client is different what notes are requried and and such you need to export to PDF many, many times, before the formatting is correct.

  9. A % state by state breakdown of turnover is required for professional indemnity insurance policies for accountants. It would be great if Xero allowed us to do a report by state picking up the postcodes off the invoices.

  10. Would be great to have ability to GET document packs stored in Xero HQ so the files can be also hosted externally in other document systems (Suite Files, FYI, SharePoint, Google Drive etc).

  12. Please add in the fixed asset numbers in the new depreciation schedule. The old report had this and it made it very easy to review and reconcile. This feature is very much needed. Thanks

  13. All other access roles can be done from HQ, except for this one.

    Frustrating when this access has not been given to the staff member (overlooked) and staff member needs to create ABA file and cant.

  15. Add a custom column similar to a custom row into reports.

    This would be used to include quantities for livestock reports, for automating % of trust distributions payable to beneficiaries prior end of June.

    This currently can't be done in reports.

  17. We have clients who have purchased their own Xero subscriptions and clients for whom we have purchased the subscriptions.

    I have enquired, and at present there is no method of determining which client is which without manually checking each client.

    Would it be possible to create a report that can identify the subscription purchaser?

  18. The old version of profit & loss will retire in 31 July. However, the departmental combination report is really helpful. As per attachment, it compares the performance of each department on one page. It is much easier to use and review the performance. Currently, no other report has the same function.

    The new version of p&l also has the function to filter the p&l for each department. However, there is no combination report as the old version.

    It would be really helpful to have a combined departmental report as the old version of p&l.

  19. Xero apps - In Xero HQ we use to have the apps under the explorer tab, to see the most popular apps and what clients are using them. It was highly useful to advise clients when an app was to cease or we were introducing an alternative to see who was using it.

  20. At the moment Xero doesn't have a list of clients in alphabetical order when I go into Staff to amend access. With over 200 clients, it is taking a long time to sort it all out, even if I use the search box.
    Please include functionality so that the client list in Staff is in alphabetical order by default, the same as it was in My Xero staff.
    I would also like to see a number value next to the staff member's name showing how many clients they have access to. Again, similar to the set up in My Xero…
