Xero HQ ASK - Have one question dependent on answer to another

For example:

Question: Do you have ***? Yes/No

If Yes – add a file attachment
If No – then go to next question

(As in MS Forms)

Can you please make it so depending on the answer to a question, it can add in another question? I am setting up templates for client onboarding and I want to ask a question of whether they are already registered for tax. If they say yes, I want another question to pop up asking for their UTR.
