  2. Now that the Trust requirements have changed, is it possible to update the Client Relationships report. Accountants now have to provide the DOB and IRD numbers for the Trustees, Settlors and Beneficiaries. Currently, if I add the [client] tax number field and the [client] Date of Birth field, I get these fields for the original trust only, I need to get the [client relationship] tax number and DOB please.

  3. Can we make it possible to amend the 'Shareholders' funds' heading on the statutory balance sheet for companies Limited by Guarantee.

  4. It would be great if we could have access to reports that included all our clients with Payroll into one. E.g. I would like to be able to create a single report that captured all the employees from all account subscriptions we manage so I can see what their hourly rates are so I know who needs an increase when the minimum changes. Currently I need to create that report individually whereas the likes of Paysauce have that top level reporting to include all our subscriptions in one.

    Create/ generate a single Tax Return Report on industry codes which includes: SMSF, Individuals, Sole Traders, Partnerships, Trusts etc.

    Currently we can only create separate reports for:
    - Individuals and Sole Traders
    - Companies

  7. Removal of 'completed' jobs from the job list when preparing an invoice in XPM.

    Sometimes we invoice a parent client with multiple entities jobs appearing and this can be very hard to navigate when looking for current jobs to invoice - even if the status is marked to be invoiced. It would be more efficient if completed jobs just didn't appear in the list.

  10. I often have a draft bill for recurring expenses that I need to edit. When I update the amounts, it updates the total on the bottom, but it doesn't update the amount in the upper right corner (why not?), so I have to edit that as well. This creates another keystroke and mouse move that is annoying. What is the purpose of that total remaining the same after I have made the other changes? It should update automatically.

  13. With the change in the NZ tax legislation it would be great if we could have a "deemed settlor" as a relationship which can be different to the settlor as recorded in the trust deed

    Also would there be any way to include a relationship for the power of attorney - a number of clients have these and it is handy to be able to actually set them as a relationship instead of just as a contact

  14. Improving XPM Workflow Capabilites with Seperate & Specific Job States & Automation Triggers

    Seperate set of state for different job templates/workflows. XPM currently only has one set of job states. there should be the ability to have multiple for different jobs. These states should also be able to be transferred into a kanban board view and when the job state is changed either by drag & drop or dropdown certain automated actions should be triggered such as automated emails or deploying client or internal forms to be completed etc. At the moment the XPM's workflow capabiliteis are extremely limited.

  16. Ability to create historic workpaper paper packs over 6 years old would be helpful for those clients that need their accounts brought up to date and need to prepare financial statements over 6 years old.

  17. In Xero Practice Manager's dashboard be able to enter leave by selecting a start and end date. So we do not have to enter each day one at a time, especially when you have long service leave to enter! This is extremely time consuming and irksome.

  18. Where the notices are the same screen. It would be helpful if it held your sorting order. When you click on a date to accept the assessment, when you return to the list it is back in date order. I'd like to keep it in client name order.
