New reports - Set date without impacting date of layout editor
On the New reports - the ability to set a date criteria on each report without it affecting all the other dates. I know you can set up in custom reports but is a pain.... If i wanted to whiz a new report off for a client sat in a meeting, i don't wnat to have to start and edit the layouts. The dates worked brilliantly in the old style management report. I thought it would work the same in the new ones but really long winded. Please can you make it so we can amend the date criteria at the top of a report without it changing all the dates on the other reports... Bit pointless being able to have different P & L layouts if you can't amend the date unless you physically go in and edit..

Voted - 100% agree with Debbie Whitaker
Also - almost every time I edit a report for the 1st time - hit the update layout - Xero does not save the work and goes back to the dashboard. 2nd time it works. Then crashes every 3rd or 4th time.
Support say to use Chrome as the default browser but I still have the issue in Chrome but not as often! -

I can't believe this only has 4 votes. Without this enhancement the new reports are a major flop. eg If I want to produce a quarterly P&L for the previous financial year I need to select the date of the start of relevant quarter, then the date of the end of quarter. There should be lots more options such as monthly/quarterly/annual and then end dates for each.
