Xero Tax (UK) | Audit Report Inclusion
We have a number of sets of accounts that have been prepared under FRS102 1A but do still require an audit in the UK as the group as a whole exceeds more than 2 of the thresholds. There is currently no way to simply toggle on an auditors report, with additional free type text fields to file these via Xero Tax, which would be nice to be able to do and save us requiring another piece of software altogether for these clients.

For UK add Audit Exempt Clause to Balance Sheet to allow filing with Co House or ability to add free text - is common requirement for small entities linked to a Group. Main reason why practice accountants can not use Xero more plus a Group accounts format would be great

Agreed.
I have a couple of FRS102(1A) companies that are a subsidiary of an audited parent.
Even if we could remove the accountants certificate / audit exemption notes and paste in our own audit reports as a free-form page, it wold be start.
As a result, I have invested in TaxCalc, which not only adds more cost, but creates another database to manage.
Xero has a lot to do to catch up if it really wants accountants to run their practices using their offering.
