XPM: Include 'Client Type' field in the csv template for bulk upload

The Client Type field is for segmentation of clients, but it isn't able to have data imported into it. Please change this so that we can import client segment data into the Client Type field.

    It would also be good to be able to auto set client segmentation based on billing, eg the clients that have the highest billing go into the top segment, and the billings under $1000 eg per annum go into the lowest segment, etc.
