Hi everyone, we appreciate the feedback we've received on this change and while this was an intentional change this is something our product teams are monitoring feedback of very closely and considering improvements around in the new clients experience.
While we can't make any commitments atm I will be certain to share any plans with you all here.

As we complete each client's Annual Compliance job we copy it to create a new job for next FY. At the beginning of the new FY we run a billing report showing what we billed the client last year for compliance and add a CPI increase to it, then enter that in as the budget against the jobs we have already created. Currently this is a manual and very time consuming task. It would speed things up substantially and make it a much more efficient process if we could import the job budgets.

We create a new compliance job for the next FY upon completion of the current compliance job, for capacity planning and scheduling purposes. But we need to reconcile that against the Lodgement report to ensure we haven't missed any clients. Currently that's a very manual task, but would be much more efficient if the Income Tax Client Report had a field showing the active compliance jobs. Thanks.

Hi community, there isn't currently the ability to select and choose which invoices you'd like to bundle and send together. However, we recently released the ability to include an online statement link when sending Outstanding statements to your customer which may solve for some of the needs here.
If you've set up Stripe as a payment service the customer can select and choose which invoices to pay from the online statement - Find out more in Xero Central.

I agree - it would save us countless hours if archived clients could remain attached to a client group. Sometimes we need to reinstate archived clients or carry out an administrative function relating to an archived group of entities and it is a protracted process when we need to manually find all the related entities that were originally grouped together.

Hey everyone, we thank you for the detailed feedback on improving how leave requests work for part-time employees in Australian payroll.
We understand the value of shifting the task of adjusting hours to employees, freeing up payroll administrators’ time for other priorities and we also appreciate the points raised around accuracy and compliance.
While we don’t have current plans to deliver exactly what’s been suggested here, our product team is continuing to focus on developing working patterns within AU Payroll. Based on what we’ve seen in other regions, this'll likely address many of the needs discussed here.
We’ll move this idea to Not in pipeline for now, but we’ll keep you posted on any updates that could help achieve what’s being asked.

We have a part time employee who works 5 hours 12 minutes per day x 5 days
When she submits leave via the Xero Me app, if she puts in multiple days eg Monday 19 Feb to Wed 21 Feb it will calculate her leave as 3 full days instead of 3 x 5.2 hours.We have another employee who works 4 full days and one half day on Fridays
If she submits leave that includes a Friday it calculates the Friday as a full day of leave instead of half a day.It would be great if Xero would allow customised hours to be set up for part time employees.

We would like to be able to add the Partner from XPM to the invoices when they go through to Xero blue so we can filter and report on invoices by partner, for example to filter outstanding invoices by partner.

Hi everyone, thanks for sharing the different types of relationships you'd like to be able to track in Practice Manager.
While we're making a lot of improvements to Clients with the new unified experience, we want to be upfront that developing more custom relationships like you're after here isn't on our roadmap.
We'll continue to monitor and track the interest of this idea for future planning, and if there's any change to the status of this one, we'll let you know here.

It would also be great if we can add custom relationships. For example, we have clients who are perhaps the executor or power of attorney for another client, but we can’t add that relationship.

Heya team, we appreciate the continued support in this idea. With all practices now on the unified client experience and Xero Partner Hub rolling out to all over the coming months we have a close eye on all feedback surrounding this in the forums.
The ability to search client by ABN is available now from the Client list, and development for searching by TFN is well underway so we'll keep you updated of it's release here. Thanks!

Prior to the XPM upgrade we could view client group addresses in a single screen, update one member of the group and select the option to update all addresses across the group.
It is extremely time-consuming (not to mention frustrating) viewing and updating grouped clients one by one.
